The 2025 World Internet Conference (Wuzhen Summit) will be held from November 6 to 9 in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province. The theme is building an open, cooperative, secure and inclusive digital future.
The summit will include 24 sub-forums and mark the 10th anniversary of the idea of a shared future in cyberspace, with a special symposium reviewing its progress. A highlight is the “Six Little Dragons” Wuzhen dialogue, where leaders from tech companies like DeepSeek and Unitree Robotics will discuss AI innovation and global cooperation.
Events such as the Light of the Internet Expo, the WIC Digital Academy, and the WIC Awards will focus on AI, digital literacy, and emerging technologies like embodied intelligence and 6G. Over 400 award submissions from 34 countries have been received.
Two new committees on e-commerce and digital cultural heritage will be launched. Nearly 200 companies are competing for the WIC Distinguished Contribution Award, and over 1,000 young innovators from around 120 countries will join the Global Youth Leadership Program.
