The 10th Great Wall Cup International Youth Football Invitational wrapped up in Beijing with Portugal’s Sporting CP U16 taking the crown after a 3-0 win over Spain’s Real Madrid U16 in the final at the National Olympic Sports Center.
Eight under-16 teams from around the world competed, with Serbia’s Crvena Zvezda finishing third and France’s AJ Auxerre in fourth. Off the pitch, the players enjoyed cultural activities like climbing the Great Wall, tasting Peking Duck, and trying Chinese calligraphy.
