Chinese President Xi Jinping and Bolivian President Luis Arce exchanged congratulations on the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties, highlighting strong and growing relations between the two nations. Xi praised the enduring friendship, mutual support on key issues, and successful Belt and Road cooperation. He expressed his commitment to strengthening the strategic partnership for the benefit of both peoples.
Arce acknowledged China’s support in infrastructure, technology, energy, and healthcare, and praised its role in promoting global equity and cooperation with Latin America. He reaffirmed Bolivia’s intent to deepen its brotherly ties with China.
