The awarding ceremony for the 2025 “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition in Yangon Division was successfully held on June 10th at the hall of the Myanmar Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
The event was attended by the Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar, Ms. Ma Jia; Chairman of the Myanmar-China Friendship Association, U Tin Oo; Chairman of Myanmar Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Fuxing Confucius Classroom, U Aik Htun; Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar, Mr. Li Qianguo; in-charge of the Chinese Cultural Center in Yangon, Mr. Xiang Jianbo; Chairman of the Myanmar Wushu Federation, U Thit Sar; Vice Chairman of Fuxing Chinese Language School, Wang Qingjin; along with over 200 representatives from Chinese language teaching organizations in Yangon Region, Myanmar-China friendship groups, and other related sectors.
The final round of the 2025 “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition in Yangon Division was organized by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of China and the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar. It was hosted by the Confucius Classroom of Fuxing Chinese Language School and co-organized by Myanmar Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
This competition aims to further inspire young people in Myanmar to learn the Chinese language and to enhance their understanding of Chinese culture. It also contributes to deepening cultural exchanges and strengthening the long-standing friendship between China and Myanmar.
