According to local broadcaster Thai PBS, Pita Limjaroenrat, the leader of the Move Forward Party that won Thailand’s election this week, officially announced the formation of an eight-party coalition government on Thursday, with a combined 313 seats.
Pita said the coalition has agreed to support him as the next prime minister and is working on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that shares the mutual agenda of all parties.
