Female mass shooter kills six people in Nashville school

A mass shooting takes place in the U.S., this time at a Nashville school. At least three children and three adults were killed on March 27. The female shooter was killed by police. According to authorities, she was armed with a pistol and at least two semi-automatic rifles. The shooting took place at the Covenant School – a private school in Nashville, Tennessee
The suspect is a 28-year-old woman, who was killed by police, but has yet to be identified.

The former school student was wielding a pistol and two assault rifles.

Three children and three adults were killed by the shooter. Police identify victims of Nashville grade school shooting as three 9-year-old students and three adults in their 60s.

According to the K-12 School Shooting Database, the incident is the latest in a series of school shootings in the U.S. There have been 89 school shootings in the U.S. so far in 2023.
