China launched a new remote sensing satellite from Jiuquan Satellite Center on Monday. The satellite, named Horus-2, was launched atop a Long March-2C carrier rocket at 12:02 p.m. Beijing Time and has entered its set orbit. Horus-1 satellite was launched on 24th February. Monday’s launch marks the 466th flight mission of China’s Long March rocket series.
